Our Staff

Dr. Buchanan has been actively teaching the Word of God for over 24 years. The focus of his teaching is to lead others to more fully understand God’s word and is dedicated to a verse-by-verse exposition of God’s glorious truths. “It is my goal that truths are accurately communicated and that learning is maximized. Questions are welcomed and discussion with family members and friends is encouraged.”

He and his wife Jackie recently moved to the Heber Springs area in 2013 after living in Jonesboro, Arkansas, for 22 years. They have two daughters and two grandchildren who live in the Conway area.

Dr. Brazeal has a true passion for music, even though he has never received any formal musical training. He has been involved in leading corporate worship for over 14 years, serving as a pianist, solo instrumentalist, and worship leader (and at times a blend of the three), and he very much enjoys using the gifts God has given him to lead others in worship of the King.

Following our Lord’s command to worship Him in spirit and in truth (John 4:24), Dr. Brazeal diligently strives to find songs that strike a perfect balance between emotion and spiritual truths; he tends to avoid emotionally-charged songs that lack spiritual depth. A key precept in his worship philosophy is to do all to the glory of God: rather than just playing chord progressions, Dr. Brazeal tries to incorporate a spiritual theme into each worship service, weaving this theme like a thread throughout. He lives in Greenbrier with his family, and enjoys writing music in his spare time.

Dale has worked and lived in Conway for the last 30 years. He has been active in various ministries in the community and in the church, including serving on the Life Choice’s board, leading preschool and Young Married Sunday School classes, serving in AWANA and coaching in the Christian-based basketball program Upward.

Dale and his wife, Karen, have been married for 29 years and have five children. He has a heart to serve others and a love for God and His Word.

Brad is blessed to have been raised in a Christian home, came to love the Lord as a young child and benefitted from additional biblical teaching as he attended and graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. The Lord has put a desire in Brad to serve the Church as he continues to be drawn to the LORD.

Brad has been married to his wife, Brenda, for 30 years. They have lived in Conway for the duration of their marriage. They have one son and four daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and in the outdoors enjoying God’s creation.
